Village Square - Blue Oven in Bali

"Staying in Andaz for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the breakfast they provided, which seems to be a collaborated presentation for 3 restaurants: blue oven, fire fox and wok wok. First of all, the food is hands down the best in both quality and taste across all 5 star hotels we stay in Bali so far. The menu has a wide selection, and every item is unique and balanced in flavors. I enjoyed the “local flavors” section the most. Secondly, the service is top notch. They bring the food very fast and check-in with us from time to time. Special shout to Danu, who’s very attentive across all days we dined in for breakfast. If I’m coming back to Bali, will definitely stay in Andaz again, and its breakfast is one of reasons why I want to come back!"

"While staying at Hyatt Regency Bali you can do many things, but one activity that pleasantly surprised me was the cooking class held at Andaz Blue Oven. The class was led by the very positive chef Yuda and his assistants. The class I chose this time was desserts, as I wanted to make a treat for someone dear to me. I say “this time” because on my next visit I would like to take another class focused on Indonesian dishes. At the end of the class, there was another pleasant surprise in the form of gifts."

I actually came back to Andaz after 8 months mainly because I missed the breakfast here, and it’s still just as amazing as I remembered. A special shoutout to Sahena. We saw her both during dinner the night before and again this morning. Even though she must have been tired, she greeted us so warmly and took care of us with such genuine hospitality. Thanks to her, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed throughout our meal. Blue Oven remains one of the biggest reasons I love staying at Andaz Bali. Highly recommend."

"Excellent food! Duck croquettes were fantastic. The green salad was fresh, crisp & had a lemon dressing I “could” even dip bread into-but didn’t. Hubby’s seafood pasta was just as amazing. Service was over the top!!! I cannot say enough about Andaz except if you’re anywhere nearby you owe it to yourself to stop in. And their wood oven baked bread is something you’ll want to fill your pockets with"
